I was new to my house and had not dealt with garage doors in the past. The cable on my door snapped on Tuesday evening. I called Doorcraft the next morning and they were at my place within 20 minutes, fixed the broken cable and replaced the others to prevent it happening again as they were also rusting. Extremely quick response, friendly people. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

I just ordered new garage doors to replace wooden ones that Joey Hebert at Doorcraft supplied 35 years ago. Although they are still functional, after 35 years of facing the elements, they are very much looking their age. Over the years, I have only had to call on Joey twice to make minor adjustments to the door opener and he always responded within a day of my call. Joey's son, Terry, is now the owner of the business and he is every bit as pleasant and helpful to deal with as his father. They're wonderful people to deal with and I don't hesitate to recommend them!

And, after install, both Joey and Chuck (installers) were back, without delay, to look at, assess and tweak some minor concerns. Recommended!

We woke up this morning and realized our garage door was broken. I called the company around lunch time (they were the only company available today, all the others told me that I had to wait for a week) and they passed by 1hrs later. My husband and I were really impressed 👏 The job was impeccable and so quick. They showed up really quick and let me know 30mins prior to make sure someone was home.
